Insurance
As an in-newtwork provider, I will bill your insurance company for you. I am required to collect the required co-pay ast the beginning of each session.
As an out-of network provider, you will receive a statement of services that you may file with your insurance company. However, all fees will be collected at the time of service. Please ensure that you acquire prior approval of your insurance company before we begin our work together.
Session Fees
Average individual sessions run $80-$125

United Behavioral Health
Tufts Health Plan
Medicaid
Neighborhood Health Plan (NHP)
Payment
All payments are due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash & checks.
Reduced fees may be available on a limited basis.
24 hour cancellation is required to not be charged for a full session.
