I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them overcome a range of psychological as well as behavioral and emotional concerns. Whether difficulties stem from a family issue, school issue or other situational factor, I can be a therapeutic resource.
I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) along with more non-traditional counseling such as play and art therapy.
